Elise van Oorschot

The most important aspect of my work is being able to make a difference for others. Coming up with creative solutions for (social) challenges is what drives me. I am a true team player and connect easily with people. I also enjoy guiding others through the innovation process.

I describe myself as a creative and enthusiastic person (nothing is too crazy). For example, don’t be surprised if we end up building a concept with Lego during a brainstorming session. I believe creativity is the foundation of innovation.
