Assembly worker Production
About Gravaa
Gravaa develops innovative cycling technology, including the Gravaa System – an advanced hub-based system that allows cyclists to adjust tire pressure while riding. Our products are built for high-end gravel, road, and mountain bikes, and are used by performance-oriented cyclists, professional teams, and OEM manufacturers.
The Role
As a production technician at Gravaa, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting our high-performance bicycle hubs and associated systems. You work with precision and attention to detail, contributing to the quality and reliability Gravaa is known for.
Your responsibilities
- Assembling a mechatronic product with precision components, following technical specifications. You will use specialized tools developed in-house by Gravaa.
- Performing tests on the Gravaa System using our proprietary testing equipment and methods.
- Conducting quality inspections and logging findings.
- Contributing ideas and feedback for improving the production process, tools, and testers.
- Collaborating with the R&D and service teams for feedback and optimization.
Who are we looking for?
- A technical background (e.g. in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or similar, MBO-level or higher).
- Experience in assembling precision mechanical and/or mechatronic products.
- Full-time availability (5 days per week) at our Eindhoven facility.
- A precise and independent work style.
- Fluency in (technical) English. Dutch is a plus.
- Knowledge of bicycles and bicycle maintenance is a plus.
- A driver’s license (B) is a plus.
- A passion for cycling – and ideally an active cyclist yourself – is a big plus.
